STEP BY STEP SETUP

Aspen Family Portal: https://sis.mybps.org/aspen

  1. Go to the Aspen Family Portal https://sis.mybps.org/aspen

  2. Select the Parent Account Option Click “Request an Account” or “I am a parent new to Aspen.”

  3. Enter Your Aspen Security Code Use the code provided by the school to link your account to your student(s). Use the Email on File with the School The email must match what’s in the school system. Contact your counselor or main office if needed.

  4. Complete the Registration Form: Fill in your name, email, relationship to student, and create your username and password.

  5. Confirm Your Account

  6. Check your email for a confirmation message and click the activation link.

  7. Log In Anytime! Return to https://sis.mybps.org/aspen to view your student’s grades, attendance, and more.

Helpful Tips:

  1. Use a computer (not a phone) for setup — Chrome works best.

  2. If you get an “email not recognized” error, confirm your email with the school.

  3. You’ll only need your security code once — after that, just log in with your username and password
