A Welcome from our Heads of School

Dear New Mission Community,

Welcome to a new school year!

As we prepare to welcome our students back to New Mission, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for all that this year will bring. Each new school year gives us an opportunity to reflect on where we have been, celebrate how far we have come, and recommit ourselves to the work ahead.

Our theme, On the Path to Exemplary, continues to guide us. This year, we are challenging ourselves not simply to talk about excellence, but to make it visible in our students' everyday experiences. It will be reflected in the rigor of our classrooms, the opportunities available to our students, the strength of our relationships, and the ways we support every student in reaching their full potential.

To our students: This is your school, and you are at the center of everything we do. We want you to arrive each day ready to learn, challenge yourself, ask questions, take risks, and discover what you can do. Whether you are entering New Mission for the first time or returning as a seasoned Titan, there is an opportunity this year to grow, lead, and take another step toward your future.

To our families: Thank you for trusting us with what matters most, the education and development of your children. Your partnership makes our work stronger. We look forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with you, communicate openly, and work together to ensure our students are supported academically, socially, and personally.

To our teachers and staff: Thank you for the expertise, care, and commitment you bring to our students every day. We know that an exemplary school is built through the collective efforts of the people who show up each day, determined to make a difference. As your Co-Heads of School, we are committed to creating the conditions for you to do your best work and to continuing our own growth alongside you.
